
Glazed and ready to go. Testing the redbrown/black.tex white on the inside of a big bowl. Glazes tend to do different things based on the angle/slope they are on. When they run inward, they tend to pool and be a little thicker so we get a different look.
Sometimes it takes a lot of experimentation to get just the look you like. Use sample and test pieces instead of a good pot - to be sure you know what you are doing. It takes more premeditated time - but it's almost always worth it.
This shallow server is 15"wide x 4" tall. Perfect for a big party or a centerpiece bowl for fruit.
